Intensive Programme
In the period 21.02.2022-25.02.2022. Intensive training was held for lecturers from the University of National and World Economy and for lecturers from the partner universities SCOALA NATIONALA DE STUDII POLITICE SI ADMINISTRATIVE – Romania and HOCHSCHULE HEILBRONN – Germany.
The keynote speaker of the training was Assoc. Prof. Angel Marchev, Jr.
The main goal of the training was to develop skills in applying game approaches. The program included the use of active learning methods such as gamification, Flipped classroom, organizational dynamic games, simulation games.
The training generated interesting and intensive discussions on various aspects of software use, open collaboration and the beneficial use of active learning methods in different contexts for different organizations and stakeholders. It proved that overcoming the difficulties that arose during the creation of the intellectual product, we achieved with the cooperation of each high-quality results and paved the way for the expansion and improvement of what has already been achieved.
